The DYNASET HVB Hydraulic Vibra enhances material flow by generating high-frequency vibration using hydraulic power—ideal for preventing clogging in hoppers, chutes, and other bulk material handling and vibration systems on earthmoving machines.

When the hydraulic flow is opened to the HVB (1) it starts to create pressure to one of the cylinders hydraulic lines. At the same time the HVB decreases the pressure same amount from the other cylinders hydraulic line.
The patented pump structure of HVB reverses piston movement when the piston reaches the peak point and the pressure direction turns to opposite. This way the cylinder moves back and forth (2) safely creating vibration to the tool it is attached.
